Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

We use Royal Mail and UPS (usually for larger non UK orders). It is policy to never use Hermes/Evri. All goods are made to order. Lead time can vary by product, though during busy periods this may take longer. All orders are first come first serve basis. We are not responsible for delay caused by 3rd party delivery companies or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Non UK Orders

All non UK orders are priced by weight and size of package at Carriers Cost + 10% Packaging and Quotation Fee. Once order has been completed, packed and posted into the delivery system, Subbuteo Mill are NOT responsible for delivery times/delays or any Import Duty to be charged by Recipient's Country.

All Packages have a Digital Tracking Reference and Insurance to protect both Customer and Subbuteo Mill from Loss and Damages.

Refund Policy

Orders cancelled or returned for refund will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the original order amount as all items are made to order and customer is to pay any postage costs.

Any customised items cannot be returned.

Items damaged in transit will be exchanged like for like. This must be backed up with a photo of damaged parcel from shipping company.

Items broken by customer to generate a return is not acceptable and will not be replaced or refunded.
